Square Foot Creative worked with HFF to create iconic marketing materials for 108 North State, a new urban center development located in downtown Chicago. This landmark features approximately 400,000 square feet of retail, entertainment, and dining offerings; CBS 2 Chicago’s headquarters and broadcast facilities; a state-of-the art CTA transit station, providing high-speed service to and from Chicago’s O’Hare and Midway International Airports; and the ability to add 350,000 square feet of additional office space. It also features a 400-room hotel and a 400-unit residential tower.
