I was tasked with creating an instruction manual for AliveCor, which would be included in the product package sold in stores. To ensure accuracy, I collaborated closely with AliveCor to fully comprehend how the device worked. I even took pictures of users holding the device, which helped me create precise step-by-step set-up illustrations. To further enhance the product, I developed a white paper based on the final instruction manual. This paper served as a guide for customers, providing additional information about the product and its benefits.
