About This Project
Background

Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt LLP (PSA) is a San Francisco-based civil litigation firm that desired a more modern look for their brand and website. They engaged me to redesign their website, develop a new brand, and create a new corporate identity.

Solution

To achieve this goal, I facilitated a 4-hour branding workshop that involved multiple PSA partners. The interactive workshop featured a card sorting game to identify the desired brand message and look and feel, as well as surveys to establish the company’s mission, vision, and values. I also conducted a persona exercise to gain insights into PSA’s target audience. Based on the information collected, I composed a design brief that ensured our proposed brand message and look and feel aligned with PSA’s expectations.

Next, I designed several logo concepts, and PSA selected one. I then developed the corporate identity, including business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and presentations. Additionally, I created a website using a pre-built WordPress theme that was customized to adhere to PSA’s new brand guidelines.
