UCSF Oldham Lab engaged me to design a website that allows its users to find cell type expression correlates based on a brain region and a gene. Additionally, the site provides information about the lab and its research.
Since there was a limited budget for this project, I developed the site with a pre-built WordPress theme and designed customized interactive gene and cell pages that were linked to a database.
