Officer court dates management portal
Background
The DA’s Office wanted to implement a web portal to manage officer court dates and provide visibility into officer work schedules. Users from various organizations such as law enforcement agencies, Clerk of Courts Office, and the DA’s office need to access the portal and have the ability to view, change, or upload data based on their permission roles.
Solution
I designed portals for four different users, the DA and Clerk of Courts office, law enforcement agencies, super users, and public viewers. All the portals were consistent in style and look, but each user had distinct roles and permissions.
Carolina has a superb ability to take software requirements and turn them into easy-to-use user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing. She contributes greatly to our development projects by communicating clear UI designs and requirements to developers and making the development process more efficient.
